For hygiene, media, and perishable goods, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances (including change of mind):

For eligible products (not clothing, audio/CD/DVD, or food), you may request a change-of-mind return if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
Original outbound shipping is usually non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll process any refund to your original payment method (minus the restocking fee).
Please do not return goods without contacting us first — we need to confirm the return is approved.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If those rights apply to your situation, they continue to apply.
